Following the spate of movie-to-TV adaptations, offshoots, spinoffs, retellings or whatever you want to call them, it’s been announced that The CW is developing a new TV series based on 1987’s The Lost Boys.
According to Vulture, Rob Thomas, creator of Veronica Mars and iZombie, will be serving as showrunner on this series. Interestingly, it’s believed that the network already has plans for a seven-season series, with each season representing a different decade. The first season will be set in 1967, and the only recurring characters in each of the seasons
